I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. "well to start we had a decaying railroad tie wall they pulled wall in 1 day then they landscaped yard down on a nice angle to redirect the water flow away from basement wall also they trenched out side of house 150 feet with stone and drain . What a difference no more water problem ."
