"Erik showed up earlier than promised, pressure tested our lines and found a second previously undetected leak in our propane line, repaired the leak for a fair price, and helped my husband and I decide between a traditional hot water heater and a tankless one. He worked with photos we provided of available drains and was able to install the tankless water heater over New Years within one day. He was pleasant to work with and kept me apprised of everything that was happening. He dealt directly with the Amerigas people so I didn’t have to be the middleman. I would recommend this courteous young man to anyone needing their hot water tank replaced. It was strange being called “ Miss first name “ instead of “ Mrs. Surname” but that was more of a cultural thing. He was clearly doing his absolute best to be polite and helpful."

"Given an estimate for two people at $120 hour for four hours $500 with a 10% military discount $450. Heater came in on a Friday installed following Tuesday. Got one Person for 1.5 hours of labor with my help and still charged the $450. Company had to come back and cover pipes, leak test and check flame quality. If you receive a hourly labor rate ask if it will be billed as an overall job. I was under the impression it was going to be at the hourly labor rate. if it comes back as a job then it can take and hour or seven but the job rate will cover that."
