Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Glen-haven, CO

"Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."

"Daniel was our project manager and he was great. Came out and walked the house with us to give us an estimate. Agreed to 6 colors and some light wall repair. He also agreed to come back and finish the job after a remodel was finished in one room. His guys got right to work a couple days later and finished the entire job in 2 days. Everything turned out really well, exactly as promised. On our walk-through we found literally zero things we wanted them to touch up. I was beyond impressed with the level of quality for the price. I highly recommend JM Painting."

"I had nine windows replaced. All of the people from Power were wonderful to work with. The windows have all of the features I was looking for. Installation was quick and efficient. I’m very happy with my experience."

"Chad Hendricks and the Ready Roofer Company did a great job getting me more out of my insurance policy to have the roof replaced. The insurance company was only going to pay half of the replacement cost. The Ready Roofer team negotiated on my behalf so I only had to pay my deductible. They did a great job replacing the roof in Jan. Their communication skills were unbelievably assume throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them."

"Colby was superb. He had one of his team install a new rubber boot on schedule and the roof has not leaked since then. Because the amount of work was so small, he said the cost to invoice me would be more than his cost of performing the work. He did this at no charge and just asked that I give him a chance to bid on future roof work, should it be needed."

"The process of replacing all nine windows was a very process although it took some time for the windows to be manufactured the turn around time was still very fast. The install crew, 6 of them, were very professional and extremely nice. The windows look wonderful and I'm excited to see how they handle the temps in the house based on seasonal temps outside. Thanks for everything K-Designers"

"The whole experience was great. The work was done in a timely manner & it was done right. All my questions & concerns where always addressed. They did a terrific job."

"Great Experiance.  Chris was very friendly and great to work with.  He did a wonderful job for us and will be coming back soon to do a few other items for us.

"The Rooftop Handy did a fine job at a fair price. We needed a downspout re-configured with multiple bends, and lengthened; and another section of gutter replaced. He's not one of these companies that starts trying to sell you all new gutters or things you don't want. We would definitely hire him again."

"Josh and Omni Services did a great job refreshing the exterior of my home.  the bulk of the project took just over 3 days to complete.  Josh and his team did quality work and in my conversations with Josh, it is obvious that he cares about the quality of work he puts out.  He was also able to make some last minute adjustments to the project a few days before starting when I decided late to also replace the garage door.
