"Wally and his team are an excellent, first class group. Quality craftsmanship at a fair price. Everything with Wally and his team is done the right way, every time. Communication between Wally, his team, and Melanie in the front office was easy and straightforward. They’re always pleasant, available, and willing to help. We had one mixup on the design of the deck board layout. Wally and I spoke, the issue was resolved with no problems or issues. Wally did the extra work this required with no additional charge. They tore down my existing deck, redoing all the framing, and installing a new trex composite deck / railing. Additionally, they updated all the electrical running under the deck / outside (to code), replaced a downspout that was running underground that had collapsed, and also installed a new block window under the deck. Couldn’t be happier. The work was impeccable and the deck looks amazing."

"I've been meaning to write this review (good review!) for G&V for months now and I regretfully only just got to it. Brian and G&V came out to help us repair a concrete walkway on the side of the house in the summer of 2019 and did an amazing job. Not only were they very professional, they were also very kind and understanding of our problems. We are first time homeowners and bought an older home that had almost no repairs done by the previous (and original owners). We were facing water issues along the walkway that was seeping into our crawlspace. Brian came out, listened to our issues, and proposed a solution, clearly experience al the technical details. The estimate they provided was very fair. However, the reason why I was so happy with the entire process was due to an incident that occurred during the week they came out. One of neighbors or perhaps a passerby, reported us for not having a permit to do the work. As it was originally determined, we did not need a permit but did cost us a couple hours of headache and back and forth with the township, the permit reveiwer, and G&V to figure the situation out. Throughout the entire ordeal, Brian was patient and understanding. He was even able to reorder the cerment needed for the next day. I'm currently thinking about additional repairs needed around the house and would not hesitate to work with Brian and G&V again. Thank you!"

"The kitchen was completed gutted and rebuilt within 3 weeks. Matt worked with us on every aspect of the remodel and addressed everything we had on our wish list. On all the projects Matt and his people were here every day until the work was completed to our satisfaction. When they left each day the work site was spotless. We have been happy to recommend MNB Renovations to our friends and family and plan on having Matt back when we are ready for our next project(s)."

"Gary and his team gutted and expanded bathrooms, installed wood floors, installed smart toilets, replaced countertops, kitchen sinks, electrical work, installed a whole house generator, installed ductless systems in areas of the house that needed additional heating /AC as well as replaced a few windows. Gary and his team were attentive to detail and open to suggestions and they all were friendly, efficient and good natured which is truly necessary on extended projects like ours."

"I had a tree fall on my house back in June 2020 which caused major damage to the back of my home. I called several contractor's but I wasn't pleased with their assessment. I then came across Legacy Construction and they were great from the start. I spoke to Mrs. Diane on the phone and she was great, she gathered a lot of information from me and told me that I was in good hands and informed me that Gary the project manager will be contacting me shortly. After speaking to Gary he explained to me the first thing that needed to be done is the property needed to be tarped asap because the home is being exposed to water which is causing further damage and causing mold to building up because water has been coming into the property for almost two months. Gary informed me step by step room by room what damages the tree caused and how he was going to fix the water damages and the damages done to the frame of the home. After speaking to Gary I was sold and stopped looking for a contractor to fix my house. I would definitely recommend Legacy Construction to anybody that needs work done to their home. Their customer service and workmanship is great I would highly recommend."

"Replacement of the major support beam for a rear deck, as well as repair/replacement of several smaller supports of the deck's floor surface. When Perry came to look at what needed to be repaired/replaced, he took photos of all of the the damaged support structures (termite damage), so when the crew came to do the work, they had the photos and knew exactly where to look and what to look for. They came on time and immediately went to work. The job was completed promptly, and when I examined the replacement(s)/repairs, you could tell this crew knew exactly what they were doing! Great job!"

"Great work, highly recommended!! Apex renovated all of the bathrooms in our home down to the studs and completely redid them for us, one of which included moving a wall and layout change to expand. From beginning to end, Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. We received detailed cost estimates that were accurate and competitive with other contractors we spoke to. The level of protection that was installed was top notch. We did not have any dust in areas outside of the work area and Mike and his team were always careful to clean and keep the protection clean which was fantastic. The quality of the work was excellent, I couldn’t find a single issue when work was complete. Mike did a great job communicating with us on decisions we had to make and the schedule for the work throughout the project. We love the result of our bathrooms and had a great experience working with Apex!"

"Mike DeMeo was very courteous and willing to work with us throughout many changes during the different phases of construction. He wants to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with his work. Our main issue of concern had to do with his subs (drywall and heating). Although when there was an issue, Mike did his best to address it. Also, some things were overlooked that maybe could have been suggested to us when designing the finished product. His framing and interior crews were great and were very friendly with my children throughout the building process. Despite the many issues (township related) we faced during our project, Mike did his best to stay positive!"
