"David and Jason were absolutely fantastic. The were very knowledgeable and very responsive and thorough. Communication was excellent. Everything was done correctly and they corrected prior work that others had done which was not done appropriately. They were punctual and completed all their task promptly. They completely cleaned everything up including all the smelly dirty water that came from a pipe that had not been connected appropriately that they fixed. Their rates were very reasonable. While they were here they even looked at other issues and fixed them without charging us anything additional. When a part installed failed resulting in intermittent leaking, David responded quickly and made repeated visits (each time the leaking started) until he could find the culprit. Once found, he quickly fixed it without charging any additional fees for the additional trips and time. When installing the wall mounted sink and toilet, he carefully measured everything and ensured the placement was up to code and would pass inspection. In fact, he insures that everything was up to code and redid some existing plumbing that did not meet code so that it would if inspected in the future. He also found a leak we did not know about which he also fixed and verified that it would not leak into the floors and walls anymore. When installing parts he was not familiar with he spent the time to carefully read the instructions to ensure that they too were installed correctly. Months later, we still have had no issue with any of their work and only have the best things to say about them. Beyond everything else previously stated, they were both just a pleasure to work with. We would most definitely hire them again for any future plumbing work before we would even consider hiring anyone else. I would have given them twice as many stars if that was possible."

When Don came out to quote my bathroom remodeling project, I knew he would be our contractor. Of the three companies that quoted us, Don had the most original and creative idea for our master bathroom while still being within our budget. He gave us great contacts for sourcing our tile and furnishings, and in early July 2019, the project began. Every house has quirks, and ours was no exception. Don dealt with these unexpected finds - like old pipes and bad valves - in a straightforward, quality-oriented way. Throughout the project, I had full confidence that Don would fix any issues that would cause us trouble down the road. He was committed to doing the job correctly, and the ease of mind that provided was priceless. His crew is small, but they work hard and were respectful of our space and our schedules. Though we had not included small bedroom renovations (installation of a ceiling fan and recessed lights) in the original quote, Don was flexible enough to perform this additional work for us at a reasonable rate. After we thought the job had finished, we found that the plumbing had backed up into our basement because the old, corroded, cast-iron pipes had not been used for several weeks. Well, Don fixed that, too; he installed a new section of pipe, cleaned out the clog, and repaired the buckling floor tile caused by the overflow. Don gave us a master bathroom that I never could have imagined, and I'm excited to have him back for our next home renovation project!"

It seemed as soon as I send for someone to reach out for a consultation appointment my phone was ringing and the person who I spoke to was very nice. When Brexton came out for the consultation we were so comfortable with her and it felt like we know here for years. She gave us all our options and knew there product and took great pride in her company. Our search was over! We knew this was the company we wanted to replace our showerer. When the day came we were so excited! When the installers came they did not disappoint. Randy and Kevin were awesome! They both were very nice and professional and knew their jobs well.
