When we pointed that out to him he advised me that " this is the best he could do and he has already stayed longer on the job and I have to live with it " I dont have a choice. Then WE started using the new bathroom and we found out the bathroom is leaking in our kitchen. We found out he had not selaed the whole bathroom. When confronted he asked me to hire a second contractor the I could work with and get it done!!!! What kind of a contractor is he who doesnot waterproof a bathroom?!! When asked he ridiculed me and said I can not do anything and get it fixed by someone else. Please save your money and stay away from this guy!!!! ****** work and super low quality job!!"

"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."
