"Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."

"Alex, the owner has the most amazing work ethic. It was quite a large project to replace all the flooring on my main level. Alex is polite and does excellent work. He quoted us two days to complete the project and he was right on time. He cleaned up everything and left the house spotless. Thank you Alex!"

"First time building a house with city of Minneapolis things got really frustrating for over 5 months and oftentimes our team frustration would spilled over on Michelle, but she handled it like a pro always going the extra mile. Steven the engineer has great detail."

"Trinity was great to work with! They guided me throughout the whole process of getting a new roof on my house and garage, and covered by insurance! From the time I signed my paperwork, I had a beautiful new roof within the month. Kevin came over multiple times to talk about my options and everyone I spoke with at the company was helpful and easy to work with."

"Everything about the business and its owner, Jeff Karol. is quality. He came promptly to estimate a job to sand and refinish all the wood floors on the second floor of our old house. The cost was very reasonable, It was easy to set a date for the work to be done. His workers were super clean. I expected wood dust, etc., but they managed everything to be clean --and the floors are gorgeous! I'm using the business again in the spring to freshen the floor of my porch. Mr. Kroll really knows his wood--I was impressed with his knowledge as well as the work and workers. "

"The system was installed in just over one day. Hassle free. The installation went well. Tim was very knowledgeable in the requirements for this unique system. He was professional in his approach in doing the job. I would not hesitate in utilizing Tim again should an appropriate project come along."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Glencoe, MN

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
