He then did a further scan and found the problem that was an outlet receptacle that had a loose connection and ultimately shorted out to some extent. "This was the second time they have come out, and once again they were terrific. The first time, my electric was out for part of the house after a storm: I called them at 7:00 am and they were at my house before 8:00 am. They made two trips that day. They got most things fixed that morning, but had to pick up a thermostat and install it later in the day. Today, they came back out and did so much work in 3 hours. They replaced a switch, 3 light fixtures, 6 wired smoke alarms, fixed the wiring on an outside light, ran the wiring and installed a light on the steps to the basement. And I couldn't ask for a friendlier repairman and office staff! I highly recommend them."
