"I received 3 bids to replace the old HVAC system on the condo I purchased in September 2018. I was most satisfied with Missouri Furnace's bid, taking into account the price, the brand of new system (Trane), and the efficiency of the new unit. Also, as I live in a 4 story condo building, a crane was required to remove the old air conditioner and replace with the new unit. Once we had agreed on a price and the contract was signed, I was scheduled for installation the following week. I like that my new furnace has a 4 inch filter, so that I do not have to replace it every month, In May the weather was not so hot that immediate installation was required. I was extremely pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the team. The new HVAC system was installed quickly and with no drama. It is also working great. I will no doubt call on Missouri Furnace to check on my a/c next spring before the summer of 2020."

"the estimate was to my liking with no 20-10 or any % of discounts - ezra is great to work with - kind and pleasant after the preliminary things were out of the way i.e., permits etc., the workers came - jason was the crew foreman - only two workers - they did their job efficiently and quickly  the job was completed on a thursday - my husband and I had an opportunity to look over the fence on saturday and found many of the boards and pieces of wood were of very poor quality - ezra came out on monday and started making x's on each bad board - he sent his crew back in - they removed the x'd pieces and replaced them - I only wish that each of the boards could have been ok at the start - there are still a few of the boards that are splintering and peeling - I would only suggest  that the crew be more mindful of the wood they are installing and possibly not have that issue at all  I would recommend Imperial Fence because  the owner bid the  job and knows how things go - and could answer all questions   <br />"

"Call the Fence Doctor in St. Louis today, you won’t regret it! We were referred to him by our friend Debbie and are happy to refer him to our friends and to you. We just moved into our first house and knew one of the first things we had to do was replace this rickety old fence. It looked so horrible and since we live near a major intersection in Affton, it was embarrassing for the whole neighborhood. The Fence Doctor, Michael Scott, came out and gave us a quote and it was less than half the major fence folks in town charge AND using the same materials. We chose vinyl but he also gave us a quote for wood. He does all types of fences and will help you stay in budget. Since it’s March, we had to keep an eye on the weather and work around it and Mike kept the lines of communication open. They were here and working as soon as the weather allowed. Our fence was installed within about a week of closing on our house. We got about 100 foot of fence put in and they came one day to tear out the old fence and came back the next day to put in the new. That was it. Shocking how quickly such a high quality fence went in. The gentlemen that came out and did the work, Jeremy & Clay, were absolutely professional and thoughtful and best of all they totally cleaned up after themselves. I mean every single thing is gone and every hole is filled in and it’s like they weren’t even here. You hear stories about contractors but the only stories you will hear from us is how charming they were. "I contacted them through their website, and they (wife) got back to me that same day with questions about the project.  We corresponded through email and phone calls regarding the project and what it entailed.  They (husband & wife) offered me choices and pricing before they even came out to see the yard.  I also got estimates from one other fencing company who came out and talked with me about all my options.  (They were great, too.) <br /> I went on vacation and told them when I'd be back.  While we were on vacation, we decided on the type of fence and the company we wanted to work with.  We chose to work with Houlihan because it's a family-run, small business with pricing similar to the bigger fencing company I talked to.  They called me a couple days after I got back and were able to start the next day!  (Our backyard utilities are all in the air, so they didn't have to wait on the utility marking company.)  And their plan was to have it done in one day. <br /> They sent 2-3 people in to do the job the first day - digging holes, setting poles in concrete, etc.  The team left shortly after 2pm, left all their stuff (& a bit of a mess), plus their trailer in my driveway.  The fence was not completed.  But the owner came back by 5pm, cleaned everything up, and took the trailer.  If I worked full-time, I wouldn't have known about the mess.  The crew came back the next day, and the fence was finished that day.  The owner came back to inspect everything and noticed a problem with the gate latch and a few minor things that we hadn't noticed.  He had a plan to have it fixed the following business day, and it was done early in the day. <br /> We love our new fence.  It keeps our small dog safely inside our yard.  The owner was great!  While he over-promised on timing, he's friendly and very thorough.  I am confident that the work was done thoughtfully at high standards.  I would use him and his company again. <br />"

"Lance was quick to call back, and came right away to give written estimate along with proof of insurance, etc., within 1 day scheduled the service.  Came today. Asked us to move aour truck from the driveway and began on the pin oak.  I went out to go somewhere when they were half through, and they stopped me and asked how it looked.  When I returned an hour or so later, they asked again how I liked it and if it was as I had requested.  Then they called me out when the trimming was completed and asked once more if it was done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up everything and  were very friendly.  We would definitely recommend this business! <br />"
