"Al Birkenmeier and his team are Phenomenal Professionals! We have an over 100 year old house and nothing is square! Al and his team did everything to insure we loved our new kitchen. We couldn't be happier. The work was precision and beautifully finished. Everyone on Al's team was professional and great to work with. We love our new kitchen. Work completed included: Replacing Double Doors with single door and windown in outside wall. Removing old cabinets, plumbing, wiring. dry wall, tile floor, and ceiling. Replaced beams under kitchen floor that were rotted. Replaced Sub Floor, Removed Cast Iron Stack found in Wall for upstairs bathroom. Rewired Kitchen, moved plumbing to outside wall. "Our home is 20 years old and due to some things that the original builders did during construction, we had excessive floor noise (squeaks and creaks) and the overall floor performance wasn't what it should be. I found Gary and Kimberlin Construction here, and after reviewing the site, talking to Gary, and sharing the specifics of our situation, he and his team were the right folks to come in and help us out. The overall job took three days, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The floor feels much better when walking on it, and the squeaks and creaks have effectively been eliminated. Throughout the job Gary and his team were professional, always on time, and took the time to both listen to the info that I shard, as well as explained what exactly they were going to do as well as what they did. They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. The price was quite reasonable for the work that was done, and if I had to do it all over again I would. I whole-heartedly recommend Kimberlin Construction for any work that you need done, and I will certainly be using them again as needed for other repair or remodeling projects."

Brian Inkley (owner) and Jacob Quick (project manager) have a team of dedicated, talented professionals. They did a superb job in restoring our damaged house. They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. They seem to be in demand, working at several projects at the same time but we always felt that we were their top priority. Jacob worked with our homeowners insurance adjuster to be sure that the funds allocated for our losses were enough to complete our projects. "My bathroom looks exactly how I imagined it would. STL Build Pro did an excellent job. My bathroom was very outdated, it was totally gutted down to the studs and remodeled to a more modern bathroom. The workers were very professional - even when I would make surprise visits on my lunch hour just to see what was going on. They were always working and took time out to explain to me what was going on and where they were with the project. With any project, there were a few minor issues but nothing that took a lot of time to fix. I highly recommend Jason, Tony and his crew."
