Excellent work except for a few baseboard areas that we will need to clean up. We had to wait on some materials for stairs, but those will be done tomorrow, along with some minor trim work. They were very careful about moving furniture during the job."

"It went very well. The installers were professional and worked very hard to get the job done in 2 days. My only issue - I ordered the materials from Home Depot based on Cid's measurements. I ended up with too much flooring (6.9 boxes) and not enough trim. I think that was more Home Depot than Cid. He was very nice, kept me informed of the timeline which changed because the flooring had not arrived and purchased something needed for me and brought it back to the house. "Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed.
