"System Pavers are suing us. They're using the justice system to harass & extort us into paying for work that was never performed, & never agreed to. We hired SP in 2023 to install pavers at our home. From the beginning, the paperwork and process were confusing, inaccurate, and misleading: The pro forma contract omitted key details, such as pricing of specific materials or precise scope of work. The amendment SP sent later incorrectly listed our patio as the area to be paved, even though we only wanted our driveway & walkway. The amendment also increased the price, but failed to include accurate quantities, drawings, or clear scope. SP never worked on the patio - and promised they would reduce the contract price to reflect the actual work performed. Despite our repeated requests, they refused to provide a final invoice with correct pricing. Instead of working with us in good faith, they abruptly filed a lawsuit. We believe this constitutes Deceptive & Unfair Business Practices!"

"Communication" - Keeping customers updated on when windows are being made, shipped, delivered, and installed would be very helpful. - If there are any delays, a quick update goes a long way. - Timely responses to calls or emails ensure questions or concerns aren’t missed. - Making sure installers have all materials on hand helps avoid delays. - If the crew needs to return to complete the job, clear communication—both verbal and written—would be appreciated. - Sharing photos of the completed work would be a nice touch. - Having someone perform a quick quality check and obtain customer sign-off would make the process feel complete. "Quality" - Making sure windows are installed plumb, level, and square per manufacturer and AAMA/FGIA standards. - Verifying that seals and insulation are properly applied to prevent air or water leaks. - Checking that all windows open, close, and lock smoothly with no gaps. - Ensuring glass and frames are clean and free of scratches or residue before completion. - Taking a few minutes to walk the customer through the finished work and provide maintenance or warranty details. - Leaving the work area clean and free of debris after installation. "Recently had an issue with at least one window leaking. Matt performed the inspection and knew the problem with the window in question. He also found a second window with the same problem and fixed that one as well. He found issues with the the rest of my windows and patio door. He set up a time days later and completed the repairs including some stucco work on the remaining windows. This work was done under their warranty. I highly recommend Dunrite as they far exceeded my expectation, they stand behind their product and installation. And a big thank you to Matt."
