They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. The next day he showed up on time to measure and answer all of our questions, even going the extra mile to provide us with a final written quote before leaving. Work started on time and on the agreed upon date. The removal of the old flooring was carried out quickly and efficiently taking the time to mask off areas during the old tile removal to keep dust to a minimum. Nothing was damaged during the removal process and there was no trace of the debris they hauled away. They worked tirelessly every day until the project was complete, showing up every day when they said they would and communicated with us daily on the progress. They addressed any questions or concerns without issue. Our tile installer was a perfectionist and it shows (thanks again, Junior!). We couldn't be happier with the results.
