"Best Roofer Ever! Just had our cement tile roof replaced on our home. All About Roofing did an excellent job. I have built over 6 million sf of buildings and have never had a roofing company do as well as All About Roofing. The experience was great from the beginning to completion. Our sales/project manager was very responsive. After my inquiry, he came to inspect promptly and promptly gave us our estimate, itemized list of services and agreement. He did this before the other 2 companies I got proposals from even responded to do an inspection. I once woke up in the middle of the night thinking about a question, sent the question by text at 2 am and received a response 20 minutes later. The roof was 25 years old with a crumbling tar paper vapor barrier and many broken tiles, which is why we decided to replace everything. They started on time as scheduled. The crew as excellent â hard working, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to detail. The vapor barriers proposed were much better than traditional tar paper. We picked the reflective radiant vapor barrier. The crew removed our old tile in a few hours â over 3,900 sf of roof. Before placing the vapor barrier, they tested every piece of decking, molding and fascia to make sure the wood was sound and no nails or splinters were protruding. They replaced several pieces of wood as needed and all ridge boards. The vapor barrier, penetration and perimeter flashing and tile was placed without incident. The crew cleaned up the yard and driveways at the end of every day instead of only at the end of the project. Our neighbors noticed the care and productivity of the crew and stop to remark about what a good job they were doing. Several asked for their contact information. I do not hesitate to recommend All About Roofing. We had no prior experience or any kind of relationship with them or their staff."

"German Roofing was the last company I talked too after getting 3 different quotes. The work I needed completed was replacing around 15 broken tiles, replacing some mortar at certain joints, and installing storm collars. They were not the lowest cost but by far not the highest. I chose them because they did all the little things correctly. Showed up on time, written quote, had a matter of fact conversation to determine what needed to be completed. Also, they worked with my crazy schedule. The work they did was quality and I would use them again."

At first he explained why not to use other companies, and I personally never like that approach, but then he started talking about what Sunguard would do to exceed the services of any others. He mentioned things like the trim around the garage, the way they clean and prep before the job, painting all the way down to the ground, their touch-up process and the final outcome. Sunguard's bid also came in lower than the other two bids we got, and they even included a small stucco job in the back on a 2-sided, about 4 foot high air conditioning wall I had built. We wanted it stuccoed to match the house, and they included the job in the total cost for less than any other companies bid just for the paint job. We decided to go with them and they gave us a date about three weeks out, which seemed more than reasonable and then we didn't hear from them for a week and a half, maybe that is standard, but it seemed weird to us, nonetheless, when we gave them a call just to check up, Walter called us back immediately and started getting the info on our colors and plans and they even moved up their start day by three days, which made things even better. Jaime was the first man to show up on the first day and he was awesome throughout the two days. He made sure that everything was done right and he and his partner, Roberto, on the second day did most of the work. Jaime worked mostly by himself the first day, cleaning, power washing, and scraping the house to prep it. It took him a majority of the day, from like 10am til about 4-5pm. Anytime he was unsure what to do he came and asked us how we wanted it done. Walter (the owner) showed up the first day in the afternoon to check up on how things were going and from the first meeting was nice and very personable. He ensured us of the quality of the job that would be done and he definitely didn't disappoint. He also came the second day to make sure the job had been done correctly and to help out so that everything was just right. We were more than happy with the paint job that was done and would definitely use Sunguard again in the future. We love the way the house looks and they took care of details that I never would have thought of, such us painting the watering faucets, pvc pipes for the sprinkeler system, and certain wires so that they fit in seamlessly with the house. They replaced the siding on the garage and painted the new siding so that it looks much cleaner. We have been more than happy with the job done. The only negatives I could add would be the lost contact for about 10 days previously mentioned, and two patches of rock on the ground (one in the front and one in the back) were discolored by the paint, not really a big deal, just had to mix it around with other rock to get rid of it.
