"Glenn and his crews did a great job replacing our 30 year old roofing. In all honestly, I contacted Glenn over a year ago and he provided me an estimate then for the roof. We saved our money and were able to move forward with the roofing project in May (over 1 year later). Glenn honored the original estimate (slight increase in price do to increased costs of shingles) and we went ahead and hired him and his staff. This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"I was contacted quickly after requesting assistance on Angi. Jack showed up on time and once he evaluated the damage decided the majority of it could be fixed right then by him. He not only replaced all the torn up tiles but replaced the broken ones with others that could wait for replacement. He also taught me how to reset the tiles should this happen again. Once that was done he sent me a contract to have the broken tiles replaced and set a time to have that done.
