"Great experience with Tom and team. They came out for a quote quickly and Tom answered all of many questions and concerns. We had a problem with one of the rooms and when I brought it up, the install team came the next day, identified the problem and said the could come back and fix the next day. That didn't work with my schedule and they said no problem when do you want it done. Very accommodating! We also priced some of the big names that you see advertised, and Zona was priced more in line with our budget. Additionally, Zona was able to do the install in less than half the time quoted by the other chains. Overall great experience and can't say enough good about Zona Floors!"
