They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. "The lady answering the phone sounded not very professional. There was excessive background noise from what sounded like a party. She took my basic info and anticipated having service to me in about half an hour. One hour later, I called for an update and got an answering machine. Asked for an update. Servicing plumber, Jonathan, called to say he was on the way. One hour later, I called his cell. He had been delayed by last work. Once he arrived, he quickly saw what needed to be done, went to Home Depot to get the parts, and quickly and professionally replaced both the hot and cold inlet pipes, as I asked. Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Pricing was probably average, but was right on his estimate."

"I recently had a kitchen drain snaked by Top Contender drain specialist Inc. They did a great job. I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done. So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them.
