"James, Derek, Jose and the rest of the DiOrio team were great to work with. We hired DiOrio for a total full bathroom gut job - full demolition down to the studs and then renovation. As part of the process, we procured multiple quotes. James and Derek provided a rough estimate on the spot and then gave us the most transparency through the contract. They were quick to work with and get the contract sorted and signed. Pricing was fair and competitive. Once the project started, communication was great. Our project went on longer than anticipated as we added multiple things in the middle and worked with Boston's inspection process and they were always great managing the project, the contacts, subs, etc. They worked with at each step to ensure we were happy with how things were progressing. James was hands-on throughout the entirety of the project - from start to finish. His attention to detail is fantastic - particularly in the tile work, which was beautiful (despite us having a complicated pattern request). Toward the end of the project, he worked weekends and stayed late to we could get things done within a certain timeline. At one point in the project there was a hiccup from one of the specialists and Derek immediately reached out to us to ensure they would take care of everything. Totally seamless and I really appreciated that their long relationships with the people they worked with gave us security we wanted for the job as a whole. Totally trustworthy and thoughtful around all our kids, pets, home, and yard. They clearly put a lot of thought into the contract which includes all details, so be sure you understand what the finished product will be so there are no surprises. "From the very first meeting with their sales associate nothing could have been more pleasant and easier. During the original sales meeting I was worried about rue turn around time for products to arrive, I was told they’d have everything as scheduled and they did. On the scheduled day of the install Sergei and his crew showed up precisely when scheduled and during the entire 2 days of their visit they were very respectful, professional and friendly, I had some questions and they were all answered. At the end of each day I walked around the exterior of the house to inspect the work performed and the general cleanliness and found nothing wrong with the work and all areas were cleaned more thoroughly than expected. 16 windows, 1 bay window and 3 exterior doors finished in just over 2 days. I will eventually hire them again for my roof and highly recommend them!"

The drawings and measurments were professional and the consultant/sales rep  was very knowledgeable about the renovation process. We were not overly impressed sample materials (flooring, cabinetry). Their quality and styling were not what we expected. We also felt the estimate for the project was high.

My wife and I had previously hired an incompetent contractor who charged $10K just for the initial demo!  We were stuck after we fired him! 

We called Mike Foote and told him the story and he showed up right away to go over the details.  Mike came to our rescue!!

On short notice, Mike came right over and came up with a plan for the renovation.  He acted as general contractor supervising the great electrical work (Ken Lowe) and great plumbing (Tom Fotis) work that we had done as well as building us a brand new kitchen and bath (floor to ceiling).  The project took a few months and Mike and his crew (Jaime & Harry) were great to work with!    Very professional and great attention to detail.  Mike suggestions saved us lots of time and money and got our placed finished and made really beautiful and ready to rent before Labor Day as we had hoped!

We would certainly recommended Mike Foote for any renovation or remodeling work and would hire him again in a minute!

"Tom just completed a whole house Mold Remediation for me. Attic & basement. The attic which is split into two wings was heavily infested (?), the basement not so bad. This job was complicated by the fact that one wing had no easy access to the attic space. Tom resolved that nicely. He constantly went above & beyond and definitely put in more hours tha he had expected. But- would not take any extra compensation! I would definitely reccommends him for any future work."
