"very helpful and explained the process of fixing my leak"

"Showed up when they sar, diagnosed the problem quickly. As we have a heat pump we have had many issues with repairs, even with the company that installed it!"

"My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."

"Response was amazing and fast. Arrived on time and kept me fully informed. Professional with complete set of moisture/ leak detection tools. Answered all our questions. Would love to recommend them."

"This was a gas line repair/replacement job. Jose arrived as scheduled and ready to go. I gave him a cash deposit at the time of project estimate to buy some materials. I expected to see someone with a gas sensor to trace down the leak and do all of that pro looking voodoo. Jose is not that guy. He knows what he's doing, how the job is supposed to look and what materials are needed to get it done. The price was OK, but I'm no judge of what is normal and I didn't get a competing bid. I was thinking about doing that, but after speaking to Jose, I got the sense that he took good workmanship seriously and i was not disappointed. The gas smell is gone, the new piping looks neat, well laid out and properly secured. Plus he helped me with a DIY range top install at no extra charge. I'll definitely hire So-Cal Plumbing and Rooter again."

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"Mike came out and helped so much! He was able to diagnose a few things and gave us some great suggestions as to what things we needed to fix. Really loved the professionalism and expertise he brought. All the work was done quickly and efficiently. I'd go to Alpine plumbing again in the future, they do great work."

"We’ve used this plumbing company multiple times across several properties and have always had a great experience. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond whenever we need service. It’s hard to find honest plumbers with real experience, and these guys definitely know what they’re doing. Every job has been handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Communication is always excellent, pricing is fair, and they consistently deliver quality work. We truly appreciate having someone reliable we can count on for our properties. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable and experienced plumber. Five stars all the way."

"Thank you Richard and Lorenzo for assisting my family and I during a very difficult time. I called Renowned Plumbing based off their awesome reviews and for being the first ones to call me back at 2am. When they arrived on scene, they greeted us with open arms like if we were family and rest assured us that everything was going to be okay. After they did their initial inspection, they provided us with several options before doing anything. Due to this being our first time as a homeowner, they mentioned to us that our sewer line was completely broken in one area and that only area needed to be replaced. My wife chose to contact one more contractor just to compare apples to apples since weâ ve been burned before while living with our parents and man that was a bad option. The second contractor arrived and not only did they not investigate what was wrong, but they wanted to sell us on a whole new sewer line completely from the house to the to the street. We felt embarrassed calling Renowned back after being taken advantage of and WOW, All I can say is Richard and his team saved us over $40,000 in only doing what needed to be done. Looking further and call Renowned!! A god sent Contractor for sure!! Thanks guys!!"
