"When we bought our current house it had a yard irrigation system and the prior owner recommended Neal, so we had him come out and start up the system the first spring after we moved in. He's a really nice guy, is the sole proprietor of his business, and does great work at a reasonable price. The first year he told me he would be happy to show me the start up and shutdown procedure for the system if I wanted to do it myself as it would be cheaper than paying him to do it. However, I find his pricing reasonable and like that we get the system checked over thoroughly by him twice a year.
