"Our experience with Kitchen and Bath World was excellent; we are completely satisfied. We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills. "I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal in September, 2012 for 2 painters for a day for $399.  I contacted Scott in approximately August, 2013 before the expiration of this deal on July 17, 2013.  He said he would honor the deal even after the expiration date.  Scott came to my house on August 6, 2013 to look at the area, tell me how much paint I would need and a price of $100 for additional patching.
We had some difficulty scheduling a mutually agreeable date to do the work, so we finally got together on a date of Saturday April 18, 2015.  Scott needed to get a ladder in order to reach the areas of my ceiling that needed to be patched.  He came with 2 helpers instead of just 1, so I got 3 painters for the day.  The patching and painting was completed on Saturday, and I decided to get the trim painted as well, which included 11 doors plus 2 doorways, floor moldings, etc.  Scott sent one of his helpers - Tom, to paint the trim on Sunday, April 19.  I paid an additional $250 for the trim painting.
The cost was $824 for labor plus what I spent for paint.  I bought more than this job needed because I have other areas of my house that also need painting.
I am very pleased with the results.  The area hasn't been painted in the 25 years since the house was built.  Since it was so high and large it really needed a professional.  There was also patching needed that was in high areas of the ceiling and where the ceiling met the wall, some of the original taping of the seams had lifted.  Scott also gave me advice on another painting issue I have with the external doors peeling, and refinishing my hard wood floor.

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."
