"I was extremely impressed with Timothy. He is an excellent ambassador for Tom Drexler and the epitome of quality service. His appearance was neat and professional. When I smiled at the American flag on his sleeve, Tim took the opportunity to brag about the company hiring veterans. He then explained his background in Georgia and how pleased he is to be working for Tom Drexler. Tim assessed the problem, put the info into his iPad and presented three options for repair. His company had just upgraded their software allowing for a more streamlined operation. In friendly conversation he explained the options and even the maintenance programs now available. When Tim came back into my home with the needed parts, he placed booties over his shoes and placed a canvas cloth on my floor at the work area. I thanked him for this and he said ‘we want to be sure it is as clean or cleaner when we leave’ and he did! We chatted while he worked and he NEVER had a negative comment about his job or even the sloppy work from the previous plumber/handy man. metal, but there was not enough of it. So Renewable Engineered Systems designed
a system for the roof of the house. We Worked with Brian Brown who helped us

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
