"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

"My deck was in major need of a structural repair because it had safety issues. The deck is still in good overall shape so I did not want to tear it all down and start from scratch. After several attempts contacting other company’s, John was the only one who reached out to me and was willing to do this kind of repair. It is so sad that other companies are not willing to take on “smaller” jobs or at least with a fair estimate (I find they overbid for job they don’t want to do so you say no). But by no means was this a smaller job. John and his crew worked very hard to fix the problems and get the job done. John is very knowledgeable and dependable and I would highly recommend him. "Crews worked almost three full days with only short lunch breaks. Shed looks like brand new and repairs were a lot cheaper than having to demolish, add foundation and new shed. Garage door framing looks great with new recently installed garage doors. Crew let us know when they would arrive each day and were prompt and they did great job of cleaning up. Foreman, Mo, was excellent communicator. Very pleased and would highly recommend. Thank you to Doug and all the workers!"
