"My elderly momâ s refrigerator quit working. I called and a technician arrived in 2 hours. Frank diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes! He did not have the part with him but made phone calls to find it. He personally went to pick up the part the next day and came back to install it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service! Hope I donâ t have to but will definitely use them again."

"Jim Wadding is absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend. He came and looked at my washer; and ended up saving me a ton of money. Such an honest repairman in giving me his advice and service. This guy, seriously, deserves 20 stars if it was possible. He only works on washers and dryers - I believe only older models (for washers, top load with an agitator)."
