He also agreed to replace the Flush rod and handle on our toilet, and carry a large broken microwave oven to the curb for trash pickup. He showed up promptly, and professionally and knowledgeably and cleanly did all the work as we asked him to. It was the best experience with a handyman I've ever had. My wife and I had him look at another plumbing project and can't wait to have him do that. We're glad he is younger than us so we can say we've found our handyman for life."

"I contacted JA drywall to work on some popcorn ceilings for me. Josh was very responsive and arrived on time to give me an estimate. To his credit, he did inform me that his estimate would probably be higher than other estimates I would receive. "It went pretty well. My house didn't get any warmer, because I discovered that I needed windows.  For some reason, they couldn't tell me that I needed windows. I put some plastic over some of the windows, and the change was almost instant. I would have rather put the money I spent for the insulation into putting in new windows. They were professional, and they did a good job. They just missed that I needed windows instead of insulation."

"I called 9 roofers and got 7 quotes from ~13,000 to ~5,500 and went with Impriano at the low cost end. All quotes were for GAF 50 year shingles with a 25 year transferable warrenty. I am very pleased I did. They were prompt and professional and called to schedule as promised and delivered and installed the roof on target despite some recent rain. The roof and trim looks good and after a lot of rain the leaks I had around the dormer and chimney are all gone. They cleaned up after themselves very well including sweeping the street in front of the house. I have not found anything left behind.
