"Charles did an excellent job providing design recommendations for my kitchen cabinets and the kitchen itself. Based on his recommendations, he also expertly crafted matching “cabinet-like” doors to match the cabinets purchased. He incorporated this look around my free standing area that encompassed my walled-in downdraft stove which was previously covered in tile. He also designed my pantry door to my existing pantry area that matched the purchased cabinets. He saved me several thousands of dollars in lieu of purchasing new pantry cabinetry that would have required reconfiguration of the wall. I’ve received many compliments on the pantry door as well as the rest of the kitchen cabinetry remodel."

"Mr.Somerville, through the 3 month complete demo-to-reno of a mobile home, always informed us by text and cell of progress & materials selections. Joe provided an estimate & broke the cost of labor and materials into 3 payments. When we agreed to an addendum, the work increased the value of the project. We have to express our satisfaction with the remodel of floors, walls, ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, even new skirting around the bottom. His shower and tub tile work looks gorgeous. Kitchen cabinets and counters were beautifully installed. Initially, I called Somerville because his Deltona location made more sense than hiring someone who had to drive from Orlando. We are beyond satisfied with this large scale remodel."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."
