"He is really excellent, and did excellent. He came right out when we called him. He came out with a helper, and they were really nice. The people who built our house for us did not build the structure underneath the house right (Did not treat the wood correctly). We had to get a company out a couple years later to fix that. That company did not do a good job either. I finally called this company to come out and fix this. They came out to enclosed it with some special plastic, and installed a dehumidifier under our home. They also gave us an Acu-Rite instrument, to be able to monitor the temperature/moisture under our house. They had it all set up for us, and it is really nice. He gave us a warranty as well. It is still working fine, and keeps the humidity mold. It has killed off the mold, and we no longer have moisture under there. They gave me a free estimate before they started the job, and the end cost matched the initial estimate. His pricing was very reasonable, and fair. He was also very good at explaining what he was going to do. This was my first time using this company, and would defiantly recommend them to other people. He did work at our son's house as well."

"Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises. <br />"
