"This is a copy of my email sent to them 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them ? I wanted to share my feedback from my experience with The Drying Company. 1/ KNOWING YOUR PRODUCT The salesman assured me that they would be able to spray foam on existing insulation (Ceiling + Wall) because they have the best foam. When I asked him a second time, after another company told me that it would not work, he reassured me that it will work. So I signed with them. And when your technicians came on site, it did not work. BUMMER 2/ RECHARGING A LIFT => BEING EFFICIENT I provided a scissor lift for the technicians. And after working the whole day, they did not plug the lift in to recharge overnight. So when they arrived around 8 o'clock on Friday they could not work. 3/ CLEANING => DOING A NEAT JOB After the work was completed: The trash can was left full inside the warehouse. (See picture attached). The plastic protection was rolled up and dropped outside the warehouse alongside the dumpster (See picture attached). I have drops of spray foam on the drywall which was painted the week before they started the work & a BIG CHUNK above the restroom. (See picture attached). I am sorry but this is not acceptable. For a $35,000 job, I expected more professionalism. Even from the first day, when we had to unload your products from the truck, things were not as expected. I will not be recommending The Drying Company."

"The AAPCO team did a great job on our side and back decks. They carefully removed the old ones, securely supported the overhead covers, carefully removed - and reinstalled when completed - the vinyl railings and installed two of the best decks we have seen. Replacing the old materials with bigger and better lumber allows us to fully enjoy our outdoor living. We will definitely recommend your company to any of our friends and neighbors. 5 Stars."

Of course, I had more gutters to clean then the discounted price allowed--not surprised, a lot of Angie's vendors do this, so I ended up paying an extra $100.

That being said, the work was professional, thorough, and was impressed with the finished product.  Kris was the person who performed the work and he communicated, was knowlegdable, and went the extra mile to assure that the gutters were cleaned.  He gives the company a good reputation and I appreciated his customer service.

"This one started out really badly and we thought we were being low balled by the coupon only to find that the actual price would be very much higher.   We were also worried about the comments about the low quality of shingles on the ridges and the probably lack of any warranty.   We had not planned to give them a very good review and had decided to call someone else to do any actual work.
However when we got a call back the following week that they would be out that day if convenient started things off on a different foot.   The young man who did the work on the roof spent a lot of time up there and gave us a description of all that had been done.  He also went above and beyond our expectations in doing several other small repairs.   The additional charge was probably reasonable considering what the first man had discussed as usual roof repair estimates.   Apparently our roof is steep in a few places.   He charged us a little less than the full fee for an unwalkable roof.  We felt that they had redeemed themselves at the end and were happy with the result.   Purchasing the special was a very timely thing for us and we were glad we did it.   I think perhaps some of the problem was that the first man didn't realize in advance that we had the special even though I showed him a copy.
Overall, we are happy with the work and would probably call them again for roof problems.
