On Friday, Aug. 1st,I noticed that my garbage disposal was leaking when I turned the water on.  I called Ed and he said he was going on vacation and one of his associates would be able to get to me on Monday.  I was disappointed because I was having guests over on Sat. and it was going to be difficult to prepare things with a leaking sink.

To my great surprise and relief, I rec'd a call from Ed Sat. morning asking me if I'd like him to come out and I, of course, said yes.  He was at my house 1/2 hour later and installed a garbage disposal that we purchased at Home Depot. The installation got a little more involved because the pipe was badly corroded and also needed to be replaced.

I greatly appreciated the fact that he squeezed in my job before departing for his vacation.

We've used him in the past for other jobs at our house and at my mother-in-law's house and I would highly recommend him.

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water.
