"From the first meeting with Matt when he gave us a timeline and our estimate, through the install and the walk through of finished work, it was all very well done. The installers were very polite and made sure that any flooring that they would be walking on or bringing out the old water heater on were completely covered to protect from any dirt or water. Any time we went to see if they needed anything they would tell us what they had gotten done and what they were working on. Not once were they short or put out as some people are when you are curious about what is going on in your house. I would use Lighthouse any time and have already told our friends how professional and caring they were about everything that went into our home and the proper working of it all before they left. They also did not take the last half of our payment until the final walk through which was 5 days after all work was completed. When I spoke to Connie (a truly lovely lady), she said she would talk to the technician to see if he had the unit we needed so that we could have heat that evening.  She called back and advised me that he did not have unit, but could be out to us first thing in the morning.  She also offered up another company that may be able to help us right away because she didn't want us to be without heat on the coldest night in over 10 years.  The company she recommended was able to fix our unit that evening! 

To add to the story, Connie called me the next morning to make sure all went OK and that we didn't spend the night in the frigid cold.  That's right...she called me even though it was not Rose Brothers that made the repair. 

You just don't experience that level of customer service anymore, anywhere.  It's no wonder they have been in business for over 40 years.
