"Gabriel and his Crew replaced my roof in a 12 hour day. My roof was in terrible condition, leaking into my attic for a year. There was plenty of damage to be repaired. The Crew came (and when they say between 7:00-7:30 for arrival time, they will be waiting patiently for the clock to strike 7:00!) They worked hard and diligently. Clean up was to perfection, as was communication. When I advised others in my family, that the roof would be done in a day........they politely warned me that I needed to expect it to take at least two days. NOT! The roof was pretty dirty With Pete Moss so they cleaned the roof and realize that the roof was too far gone for the service and they didnâ  t even charge me for the roof cleaning to my surprise . "RMD showed up Thursday morning , had my whole porch roof that was in bad shape, all torn off by noon, and by 4pm that day the new roof was finished , everything put back in place, yard all spotless and cleaned up and they were done. "Home Evolution stood out the most the salesman's name was Ed he was very thorough, informative, detailed and patient because I was doing my Home closing the same day he was very professional. On August 11th got a call from Leo the scheduling coordinator explain to me there's going to be a pallet of shingles dropped off at my home and asked me if they can do my roof the next day Saturday August 12th I gladly said yes and the very next day I received a call at 7:15 from the project manager Anthony he asked me and informing me that his crew is going to beat him there and they will arrive 7:30 and they're going to get started they know what they're doing they were very prompt and showed up on time at 7:30am Sharp right away got right up on the roof with their tools and had my roof ripped off in about an 45 minutes to an hour during the shingle removal both my old exhaust fan vents were damaged they were old metal and bent and needed to be replaced for proper shingle installation the project manager Anthony went to Home Depot on the way to my home and arrived with two brand new vents I must say as far as Foreman go Anthony was Top Notch his crew knew what they were doing and he was on top of everything at every turn they had my roof tore off and installed and cleaned up in 4 and 1/2 hours couldn't ask for a better job. "In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. The experienced and knowledgeable owner was a pleasure to work with and the onsite workers did a professional job."

"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."
