"We met Mike several years ago at the Home Show and had him come to our home to discuss the job we needed done. He arrived on time and explained everything with a fair quote. Since then, and over the past several years, we've contracted with Mike and Suburban Construction for many projects and have always been completely satisfied and happy with the results - from completely re-siding our house with new vinyl siding, renewing our front porch with composite flooring, adding stonework trim along the bottom of front, side and back of the house, re-siding and re-shingling roofs of two sheds, installing replacement windows in kitchen and living room...probably others I'm not recalling. His crews are top notch - professional and highly skilled, personable, polite and respectful, and always go above and beyond with work, suggestions and advice. No matter how hot it is or how tired they are they completely clean up at the end of each day. The finished projects are always beautifully done, and they should all be proud of their stellar work. And not for nothing....they are as respectful as men wearing large work boots can be of your surrounding landscaping and flowers....construction "collateral damage" is minimal! During this past summer's latest project, one of the guys even helped me relocate my porch wreath, that held a robin's nest, to a quieter spot before the bow window was replaced!! (I replaced the wreath at the end of the day, mama robin came back, and babies started hatching the next day!) It's those extra little things that make a difference that make these guys so special!! After all, they're family men, too, and understand those random personal things that might be important to you. We highly recommend Suburban Construction for any project you need done, and not only would hire them again...we wouldn't look anywhere else! "I saw the reviews of PPF Seamless & Home Improvement, Inc. and reached out to them. Pete returned my message and a few days later, stopped down to my house to look at the work. Pete noticed that not only did my front gutter need replacement, but I had several other issues with my gutters, including missing end caps, missing gutter hangers, and the wrong nails used for my back gutter, (things missed from my home inspection when I purchased the house last year). I also opted to have leaf guards installed since my property is semi-wooded. Pete sent me an estimate a few days later, which was discounted due to an Angie's List coupon, and about a week later, he came and did all the work listed on the estimate. I highly recommend this provider and would use them again if I have any future gutter needs."

"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."

"We came home from vacation to very stormy weather.  We found that our garage wall and top corner of the ceiling where the garage meets the house was WET.  We looked for someone on Angie's List to provide us with an estimate on repairing whatever damage might be up there causing this problem.  Due to three top-notch reviews, we called T&T Construction on a Friday.  David Turner (owner) answered my call and we agreed that he would come out at 10:00 Monday morning to take a look at the roof/siding.  Mr. Turner was punctual and got straight to business taking apart our siding trying to figure out what was causing our problem.  He told me that if for some reason he couldn't find the problem, that he would put everything back the way it was before proceeding.  We did, in fact, have what appeared to be hail damage to our siding and roofing. Mr. Turner gave us several options for how he could proceed with the work and an estimate.  We agreed on the estimate and, much to my surprise, Mr. Turner said he and the one man crew he had with him could get the house repaired by that evening.  My husband inspected the roof and siding upon completion and was satisfied that they had done exactly what they had indicated in their estimate.  Mr. Turner worked neatly during the job and cleaned up his equipment and other scraps VERY well after the job was done.  At the end of his work, he even offered to clean fingerprints left on the new siding during installation.  Upon request, he also attempted to fix a siding problem in the back of our home after the roofing job was completed, but not having any additional siding material, he was unable to correct the problem.  He DID put everything back in place as it was. My husband and I were very pleased with his professionalism and work ethic and would be happy to recommend him and use his services again in the future.

"Maybe it worked out, but it was not the best experience for me. The size of our room was larger than what the deal was, and so it was like $200 more or something. It's like a lot of money and he came in with this other guy and he's trying to make a living. They did the job but they weren't really very good. The whole thing was not good."
