He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed. "Can't speak highly enough of Paul and Jay and the job they did for us. It started out as just adding windows to the screened in porch and some insulation and walls in the space underneath to adding a roof over the small sun room on the side of the house to stop the waterfall coming through! Paul was very quick to respond to messages and no changes ever phased him. A complete pro from start to finish. The people he recommended for the electrical were top-notch as well. We have just moved back to the States from overseas and have never lived in this area so he became our go to guy with questions on services in the area and he never led us astray! We have more projects that we will be doing in the future and he will be the one to do them. "

"We are so glad we went with Matt Silva & his team for our much-needed kitchen update. The finished result is functional, modern, and beautiful, as we had hoped. But the best part was working with this group of pros. Every person who was in/out of our house over the space of a few weeks was courteous and professional, respectful of our space, tolerant of our senior dog, and extremely meticulous in caring for our home as if it were their own. Matt visited us a few times before we committed to the work. Each time he answered a myriad of questions, showed product examples, made recommendations, and helped us decide on several key factors. Matt replied to emails promptly, and he always let us know when to expect team members to arrive.
