The job they did was excellent. Part of the deal was to take down the exterior shutters and repaint them. As it turned out, the builder had glued the shutters to the wall. The removed the shutters for me and repaired the damage to the wall at no extra charge. The replacement shutters I had ordered did not arrive in time, but Walter came back after I got them and painted them, also at no extra charge. Capitol evaluated the roof, and explained and discussed all the needs and what was seen with the condition of the roof and shingles. In my case the shingles were perfectly fine and still flexible, in addition the roof was in great shape under all the shingles. It was recommended that they repair all the edge flashings, re-tack the shingles, reseal all vents and spouts. They also performed a roof treatment to seal the roof and the shingles.
