"Mr. John Russo from Mr. Electric did a fantastic job. John is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and very polite & friendly. He is exactly the way it used to be in the United States. The appointment was at 8AM. He called at 730AM to say he's on the way. At 8AM, the doorbell rings, he's here. By his own idea, he takes off his shoes to walk on our carpet. I explain the situation, he says he'll take a look. After 15 minutes, he comes to tell me he has identified the issue and will resolve it. He then fixes the light and then asks me to take a look. Next, just to make sure everything else was alright, he went outside to check our electrical box. Then, he went thru the house checking all of the electrical outlets. He answered all of my questions and made several recommendations. Great job! I wish he was my doctor and car mechanic. You better get this guy while he's still working at Mr. Electric. You just don't get high caliber service like this anymore."

"What a great experience dealing with George Brazil. I had an issue with outlets not working and was able to get a tech to come out today. Francisco and Matt were awesome! They came out, introduced themselves and put on shoe mittens before entering. I explained the situation and Francisco took the time to explain in detail their process for diagnosis. He further explained how the electrical current works and possible causes of the issue. They found the issue quickly, was able to repair, and did a walk thru afterwards to ensure other parts of the house were good. They provided pics, a vid, and a report fo the job and went over everything they did. These two are a dynamic duo and I would whole heartedly recommend this company for your electrical needs."
