"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"We highly recommend Sunguard Painting for a hassle-free, professional-looking paint job! Sunguard Painting painted the exterior of our two story home in Henderson, NV. They handled all aspects, from preparation to painting to clean-up (this includes filling any cracks or holes in the surface and sanding rough spots). They definitely demonstrated their expertise and excellent work ethic resulting in a flawless finish. If you want a company that will complete the job efficiently and effectively while providing a high-quality finish, contact Sunguard Painting, Las Vegas, NV."

"John and his team were prompt, professional and friendly. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and did a great job. I would highly recommend JJs Painting and Roofing for any roofing or painting project you may be considering."

"We had a tile roof replacement. Very pleased with the work. Would hire again. Manuel and the crew very professional also did a great job cleaning up."

"K-CO exceeded my expectations. They were clear on the bid/work to replace old underlayment, as well as the price. The tiles on this two story home are 24 years old and they managed to replace damaged tiles with a reasonable match after they put the new double layer underlayment on. I also asked for the back patio roof, which is flat, to get completely redone and re-trimmed with new wood. The top and sides look brand new! In short— honest, on budget, quality work, tidy crew, done in time frame expected. Would highly recommend."
