"Blue Fox sales and service people were always on time for their appointments and service work. They were professional in their manner and very knowledgable of their product and installation. Prices and warranties were clearly outlined and they took care of filing the paperwork for rebates. They were also very helpful in setting up internet connections for montoring the thermostat. I would recommend them for any heating and air-conditioning work."

"We did a remodel and Scott installed brand new Heating And Cooling for the home. This was in 2020. I’ve used them for many other projects since then, he comes highly recommended!"

"Ended up not needing to replace thermostat. ARS technician checked A/C system and found no issues. Discovered nest thermostat was installed by utility company, allowing them to shut it down during peak usage. Previous homeowner is to blame."

"They installed a metal dryer vent from the dryer to outdoors through my attic."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"It went amazing ! Brandon has great techs that seem educated about their trade and are very professional. The office was easy to work to get an appointment and got me in right away. I definitely recommend. !"
