"I did not get an appointment call within the allotted time. I had to call them to get them out for the appointment. The window took a very long time to come in. Once in, I was called and things got much better. The three installers arrived on time, removed and replaced the window, cleaned up the mess and were done in 1:15 mins. Very professional and courteous. All of the questions I had. were answered completely. I am very pleased with the window and the personnel that installed the window.

"It was great.  I purchased a "big deal" from Angie's List.  They contacted me by phone and email to set up a time.  I had to cancel my first appointment, and they were able to reschedule  me  quickly.  When they arrived, Tim introduced himself and gave me a card.  His team worked efficiently to sweep the chimney.  They even took extra care by placing dropcloths on the floor from the front door to the Chimney!  When they were done, they cleaned everything up, and you wouldn't have even know that they there.

"I have never hired a more respectful man, this gentleman does his job the way you ask and he does it very well, I was unsure of hiring him at first, and now I'm glad I did , I wouldn't want anyone else helping fix up my house, the windows that he replaced, were old and I know they were a pain, he did it with such great ease and patience. He was very understanding and patient with my very indecisive wife, changing her color plan for our walls every five minutes. Once she had decide, we got the paint and he painted everything we asked, very professional this man is.he laid carpet in our master bedroom , better than a carpet company could have, and guess what he didn't make me cut my leg and arm off to be able to get this done (cost), his prices are the most reasonable I've came across and his work is beyond incredible. I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.

"It turned out well. I used it shortly after I purchased the deal. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount as I had them repair something that they found while doing it. They did everything as advertised and then in addition to that, they also fixed some molding around the chimney that had become cracked and weathered. I had not used them before. There have been no issues since the service was provided."
