"Richard and his team were incredible! I requested a quote for a deck and to remove a broken up patio, and Richard came out within a couple of hours to give us a quote, which was fair priced. He gave me a suggestion of what we could do to cover up the broken up patio, and also told me he could do concrete work to repair an uneven sidewalk block near our driveway. There were some things that did not go Richard and his team's way during the process that were entirely out of their control, but their team stopped at nothing to make sure that the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. They had to fit in replacing the support structure completely and worked tirelessly and long hours to get it done - not just to finish on time for us but to also be able to keep their word to the next client to begin their project. The finished screened porch is more lovely, cool and shady (and bug free!) than we dreamed possible.
