"As always, Short Pump Heating & Air continues to excel at customer service. The technician, Scott, showed up right on time (which is typical for SPH&A), extremely courteous (also typical), and did a timely but thorough job of the system checkup. This may be my favorite local business in the Richmond area; I feel I get a tremendous amount of value for the products and services they provide. When we needed our downstairs unit replaced two years ago, I went to great lengths to find the best possible value. During my research, I kept seeing comments about how great Short Pump Heating & Air was, and I have to say, it's all true. When they installed the downstairs unit, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the entire team, from the office staff to the technicians to the owner. In fact, I was so impressed that I had them replace the upstairs unit a year later, and didn't think twice about whom to call. As a homeowner, it gives me great peace of mind to have such a reliable organization as SPH&A for something as important as our heating and cooling system. This most recent service may have been a routine maintenance check, but it's great to know they still commit themselves to service excellence for their customers. A+ to Scott and the entire SPH&A team."

"Outstanding response to failed water heater on Sunday afternoon. While water was now heating, noted a leak in the heater which would result in a future failure. I chose to replace the water heater. Mr. Thurston had the same item in stock. Delivered new and replaced the old heater in less than two hours total."

"Imagine a contractor doing what he/she promised to do! Well that is Fluvanna Plumbing big time! My Water heater died. The HVAC company that put it in when my house was built said they wouldn't touch it and that I needed to call a plumber. Who would I call? I checked Angie'r List and much to my surprise there was Fluvanna Plumbing, right in my area. They have an A rating and have many, many glowing reviews on how well they do their job! I didn't even know they existed. So I called them late in the afternoon and talked to Sheila. She said she would check with Jimmy to see how soon he could take a look at it. She called me back and said 9:00 am the next morning. Perfect for me. Jimmy showed up on time, checked my heater and gave it it's last rites. Jimmy said if his supplier has a new one, he would get it after his next job and be back this afternoon to install it. Jimmy kept me posted and came back in the afternoon and installed the heater. He did a great installation, left the basement clean and hauled away the old heater. I KNOW who I will call the next time I have a plumbing issue! Great job Fluvanna Plumbing! Thank you!"

"I was very happy with the work provided by Billy Fennel and his team. They were prompt and provided very good value for the money. They installed a hot water heater and a mixing valve that gives me tons of hot water for my soaking tub and much better water pressure in my shower. And they performed the work in the evening at my request since i work full time. The best!"

"They installed a new HVAC system at our home."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
