"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

"The King Waterproof team did a great a job waterproofing my basement, the side of my house and the price was fair and reasonable. They were honest and worked very hard and I was really happy with the outcome. What I liked about them the most is they waterproofed the inside and and outside of the house. Most waterproofing companies only do the inside and felt we they provided a more complete solution. "We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"Vanguard's price was between two other waterproofing company. But I chose them because of the owner's honesty and professionalism. When I asked each company about competitors, Vanguard is the only company that refused to discuss the competitors. That speaks volumes. The work was clean and they explained each item on my property they were using. After the first hard rain, I checked the crawlspace and it was dry and cool. While the exterior water was running away from the home as it was drawn in their sketch for me. Finally, they offered a payment plan that was flexible. I had an overwhelming sense of peace when I selected Vanguard. That peace was confirmation that I had selected the right company. I have no regrets."

They were very plesant and professional. During the intial inspection of my crawlspace, Nathan was very through and listened to my concern about cost and didn't try to upsell me. At that point I admired his integrity. "Everything went smoothly from the initial inspection with John through the install of the foundation support and jacks with Will, Brian and Steven. Everything was top notch and the quality of the materials is far superior. Even has some other contractors that were impressed with their work. They were professional, cleaned up everything, friendly and answered all my questions. Was able to get a successful raising of the house and I know it’s going to last now. Never was upsold on anything and have recommendations and things to watch for for future issues potential. Would recommend them to anyone needing support or foundation work done. Only problem was the wait to get them, but it was worth it!"
