"The guy was very neat and clean and repaired the problem. We did notice a few days later that the problem had returned, although it only happened once a day. The same person came back and did everything he could to reproduce the problem. He replaced another part (the flapper) and left the tank with dye in it so we could see if the issues remains."

"We have a well system for our house and we ran out of water. While not an expert, I checked the obvious possible causes and determined that there was a failure at the pump end. My wife was going crazy with no water and I had to get it fixed quickly. Being new to Cape Coral, I did not know who to call, so I called the home inspector who inspected our house when I purchased it. I liked it that he just didn't jump to saying the pump was bad (honesty). However the pump did turn out having an internal short. At that point he replaced the pump, 120 feet of pipe and wiring and thoroughly tested everything. He then took a look at my water conditioning system and addressed another issue that I had had, quickly fixing it also. My water system works perfectly now. I was very impressed with this company, from the quick dispatching to the excellent service that the repairman gave. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient (I was with him the whole time asking questions), but most of all, very honest. I am a do-it-yourself person and I liked the quality of work that he did. I now know where to call if I have anymore well/water system problems and who to refer my friends and neighbors to!"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
