Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Goodlettsville, TN

"Responsive, communicative, helpful team! Wr enjoyed working with Collin and Mary. The sunroom looks great! SBC wasnâ t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and we wanted someone whoâ d do a nice job. They did! I wish the crews wouldâ ve cleaned up after themselves more (trash; caulk on windows), but that seems to happen with every home project. Will hire SBC again for future house projects."

"In November and December we had our old decrepit 20x24 deck removed and replaced with a large screened porch with a cathedral roof. We looked at five proposals and chose American Services of TN LLC for design and price. Uzi Shmueli and his support Debra clearly understood our vision. The crew's work was outstanding under difficult weather conditions. The structure is, in a word, beautiful. We added a patio to the project and it was integrated seamlessly. I recommend American Services to those who know what they want and know how to express it. Uzi will match the vision. His support and crew are outstanding."

"So, I had hired a contractor that began building the fence but it became obvious that he didn't know what he was doing. It was bad enough that codes had received a complaint and needed the issues resolved within the next 4 days (this was on a Thursday, deadline was the upcoming Tuesday). So, I fired the first contractor and called Quality fence and deck co. Not only did they show up on a Sunday to begin working, they rebuilt the ENTIRE fence in two days and passed codes with flying colors. They were extremely professional and on time, everytime. It was such an easy experience working with them. They will be my go to company if anyone asks or if I need any further work of this sort done."

"These guys are the truth! We were having issues with our fence warping from another company and Pure Build took great care of us. Tyler was able to explain the process and honestly it was a great piece of mind. They were able to replace the area that was being affected with no issue and when it comes time, they’ll be back to stain everything for it all to match. If you’re looking for professional workmanship, great communication, and pricing that won’t break the bank, call Pure Build Construction ."

"I absolutely love my new screened deck/porch. All the workmen were extremely nice and did a great job. Definitely would use this company again."

"We had the absolute best experience working with ThermaView Exteriors to build our deck. When Tyler arrived to provide us with his quote, he demonstrated that he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We knew going into this that our project would be complicated--we wanted a deck off the back of our house that would be large enough to park our two cars underneath. Tyler was able to not only give us what we asked for at a more than reasonable price, but was also able to anticipate potential problems and trouble-shoot them before they became an issue. When construction started, the ThermaView team of Matt and Aaron were absolutely spectacular. They showed up every day on time, if not early, and stayed until their work for the day was completed, even if that meant staying long into the evening hours. When weather slowed them down, they communicated with us quickly about any potential delays and did everything in their power to make up for lost time. We are beyond thrilled with how our deck turned out, and with our overall experience with ThermaView. We would highly recommend working with them for your deck construction needs!"

"The job went well, and they did a great job in a timely manner. Thank you so much."

"Great work! I had 5 doors in the house with various issues of either not latching properly so it would not lock or shifted/expanded so much over the years that it wouldn’t shut at all. It’s been an ongoing issue and I finally had enough and hired help. Derek arrived on time, was up front on cost which was very reasonable and fair, very professional and very friendly. He was quick, but thorough. I can finally use the doors the way they were intended. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent work. Communication great, timing perfect. Project was framing for a 20' by 30' workspace in a larger barn. Project included a loft with a structured beam. Work was done professionally and looks great. Would have no hesitation hiring again."

"We struck GOLD when we picked Archadeck to do a screened porch and deck. The craftsmanship was superior. When the job was finished, it was exactly as we wanted it to look like. Archadeck listened! They made sure that our wishes were built in. Archadeck will be my goto for any rebuild or remodling projects"
