In between these jobs, Eddie was able to get my old floor removed and the new tile installed, plus he hauled away the old flooring and an old toilet and installed a new toilet. "It went very well. Steve hired a subcontractor and they changed the date to get ahead of incoming rain. The subcontractor tore off 1 layer, re sheeted the roof with 30 grade felt paper, used a weather barrier all over the roof as extra protection against leaks, re installed the turbines, replaced the vent and roof louvers. And did a good job with the clean up. This is the third job I have used Steve for and have not been disappointed yet."
