"Vicente was able to pick up where I ran out of time in my master suite remodel and complete it to my intended design. We ended up having him complete more after the master suite. That additional work included, but is not limited to, the remodel of our other bathroom, tile the upstairs hallway to match the master (herringbone pattern) as well as the bathroom and laundry room, paint the entire interior of the house after repairing/finishing drywall, epoxy coat the garage and patio floors, and replace leaking faucets and valves outside. Vicente has become one of the select few that I would call for assistance with any projects I have around our house that I don't have time to tackle."

"I hired RS Builders for my hotel remodeling project. This was for my Holiday Inn located in Peoria, AZ. This was related to remodeling of rooms on all 4 floors, lobby, meeting rooms, breakfast room, gym, laundry room and pool area. I was really satisfies with the price I paid for the whole project and of course the crew did a fantastic job. Usually it is way more than what I paid for my project. "So this was my FIRST Angie's List purchase and I gotta say I was extremely happy with the outcome. I purchased this for my Mother's house since a bolt had fell from her Garage Door ceiling bracket and it was a fairly old Garage door so i figured it could use a little love. I bought it on the weekend and forgot to call to schedule, the owner called me the following Monday to check up on me, which I greatly appreciated. The owner was down to earth and professional, a combination you rarely find at some businesses. The Owners brother came to service the Garage the next day and, according to my Mother, the service was nothing short of perfect. She said he quickly tuned up the garage, fixed the bracket by re-bolting into the stud which apparently wasn't the case prior. My Mother is one of those picky customers, she'll be nice but if she doesn't like the work she'll let you know; so her approval meant it was great. I would definitely reccommend them again. "There are two things that I look for in any vendor.  The first is professional interactions and communications and the second is quality of work.  George and the MagCor Construction team deserve top marks in both areas.  I have been so impressed with George that I am just starting my 3rd project with him.  I had a good idea of what I wanted for my first project, but certainly did not understand all the details and small decisions that needed to be done.  George collaborated with me on my idea an walked me through options for all the decisions that needed to be made.  He helped me avoid bad decisions and explained the trade offs between options  He is also great at communicating through e-mail and text message as well as in person (something that seems hard to find).  The project was completed on time, on budget and looks beautiful  I am about to start at least one more project with MagCor Construction, and would recommend them to anyone.

"I was looking for a great electrician at a reasonable price and came across Promised Land Electric. I had to look no further, from electrical rewiring, to ceiling fans and each of my rooms Joshua got the job done to perfection! "Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.
