"This is probably the worse experience I have been through with any company. Carlos in Mirage, was hired by my home warranty insurance company for a wall oven/micro panel repair. I was told by the insurance company that the CCO Appliance repair would be coming Monday, Mar 17 between 11-2. They gave me his number. I called him, Carlos, and with children in the background, he said NO, not today. Tomorrow March 18. So I waited and cancelled an eye doctor appt that took me months to get because I have already been w/o my oven/micro for 8 days. I waited today, Mar 18, and called him several times during the day. He would be there and had the appt confirmed. 30 min before the end time of 2:00, I called again, he said 25 minutes. After 50 mins, my insurance company called and said he got voice mail. CARLOS of CCO APPLIANCE, should not be on a ONCE well regarded site as HOME ADVISORS. He is a VERY BAD REPRESENTOR of "VETTED" Vendors of H-Adv. ."
