He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"Vendor answered his phone. Set up an appointment to visit the repair site. Arrived on time. Presented a fair estimate. Provided a written statement of work listing all particulars. Carpenter arrived on time. Worked continuously for about 10-12 hrs replacing front external steps. Board cuts created tight 45 degree picture-frame fittings. The overall work was very well done. Painting was not included. If I need add'l or new work, I will call this firm and definitely recommend them. "

"After some confusion with my building contractor hiring a friend to put up the wrong company that put up the wrong gutters, I got in touch with Litchfield based on their previous estimate and their understanding of what I wanted. Because it was not scheduled in a timely manner, I had to wait until their schedule opened up. They told me when they would be able to get to the job and were on time. The crew did an outstanding job, cleaned all scrap and called me to inspect their work. I was completely happy with their work and felt justified in forcing my building contractor remove the inferior gutter job they tried to pass off instead of the contractor I had chosen. "I hired Taylor's to replace 15 windows and 1 very large picture window. It took a crew of 3 a little over 1 day to complete the 15 replacements and the picture window took a crew of 3 two days to complete working only on this window. The picture window is the main reason I hired Taylor's. This window was very heavy and there was some wood damage on the trim they had to deal with. They were very professional with the replacement work. It's been 6 months since the work was done, and we haven't had any issues. The reason I rated them a B in responsiveness is that it took a few months from the time of purchase until the time of install. In that time there was very little communication to let me know what was going on."
