"We had a flood in our basement caused by a water main break. The water backed up from the meter into our finished basement. Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. Their work was meticulous and they made good suggestions for completing. They finished in the time frame estimated. All the workers were diligent and respectful. By the end of the project, I felt like they were family. I highly recommend this company."

"We have used Mr. Rorer's company for a few years and have been very satisfied with his work. In the past he has repaired our roof,replaced the gutter guards, installed drainage pipes around the exterior of our house and pressure-washed the house. Called him for an estimate on renovation of our powder room. He explained what labor was included in the price as well as the amount of time to complete the job. He arrived to start the job on time. He put on protective shoe covering when he entered our house and he proceeded directly to the powder room and immediately got to work. Installation of the items was completed in a reasonable time. Overall he was very conscientious, dependable and charged a reasonable price. We always trust him to give us the best service."

"Two employees showed up at my home on time to do an estimate on the few things we needed repaired to complete the sale of our home. The work performed is provided in detail. I was totally shocked at the cost for the repairs on the estimate but we went a head and agreed to having the work performed since we're close to our settlement date. I must say the work performed on everything except the electrical panel was top notch. I say this because the labeling of the electrical panel was completed by writing in Black magic marker what rooms were on each breaker. I was expecting at least to see printed labels used for what we were charged. I/we were expecting to pay $300 - $500 for these few things to be fixed but boy was I am thankful for the work performed but I wouldn't hire this company again only because their prices are outrageous.

"All three projects went well.  The crew was very professional.  They were on time, cordial and made every effort to keep the mess to a minimum.  More importantly, the quality of their work was very high.  We were especially happy with the bathroom tile and the slate floor installation.  Everything was measured, cut and placed to near perfection.
With just about any project, you can expect some things to go wrong.  For example, there was an issue with the toilet installation.  Because of the distance between the floor and the sub-floor, two toilet gaskets should have been used, but only one was.  As a result the toilet eventually leaked.  This caused some minor damage to our family room ceiling.  The issue did not become apparent until several weeks after the bathroom had been finished.  When we realized what the cause of the issue was, my wife called John at Suncrest and he quickly came out to take a look.  After a few minutes he quickly discovered the problem.  He made arrangements with his crew to come out and fix both the toilet and the ceiling.  This was all done without the need for any arguing or complaining.  To me, this incident was reflected positively on Suncrest.  When things go wrong, even if it's weeks after the project is completed, will the company stand behind their work.  I can say without hesitation the answer for Suncrest is a resounding "Yes."
