"We recently hired LUX Foundation Solutions to stabilize the foundation of our garage, which was sinking. Before we decided on LUX, we talked to representatives from 2 companies; both companies suggested the same plan of action to fix the problem. The representative from LUX was forthright about what could realistically be done in terms of lifting the garage and gave us some time to think about his proposal. The other companyâ s representative assured us that his company could do much more, but he refused to put that into the contract (â They wonâ t let me,â he said). The other company was also asking for six or seven thousand dollars more, so our choice was clear. The workmen from LUX arrived on time, and they didnâ t bother us at all (no requests to use the bathroom or anything along those lines). We heard the jackhammering, of course, but other than that, the job was quiet. The foreman was always polite and ready to answer questions, and the crew always cleaned up at the end of the day (it was a 5-day job). "French drain was installed with drain boxes, berm installed near property line, sump pump installed into new drain, top soil added in disturbed areas, grass seed/straw over same. Company told me they'd be back to be sure grass was growing plus I needed more top soil and a cap is missing from sump pump line, but had no repeat visit -- this is my only complaint. The drain held up during/after recent big storm. Berm is deteriorating due to storm and more grass seed was needed before storm. Otherwise, I am very pleased. Company owner and workers were very pleasant. He explained process as work progressed. They're a little expensive, but it was a job well done."

"Steve came to consider the problem and give me an estimate. He seemed very thoughtful and sincere. We agreed on the price and the date when work would start. With no delays, the work started on the agreed-upon date. Steve's brother Dave does the actual deconstruction and puts in the drainage. He has a team of three men, including himself, and they completed the job in 3 days. It may have been the hottest 3 days of the summer but they didn't complain--I couldn't believe how diligent they were. And they didn't "thrash." We've probably all had people working on our homes that made us wonder if the house was going to be standing when they were through. These guys were great--I'd definitely call them professionals. Once they finished, I had a couple items I wanted done a different way. That was no problem. They came back and finished it very much to my satisfaction. Whenever I called the company, I received a call back. I would definitely use Waterproofing, Inc. again but I think my problem is solved. I'm not worried because the company gives a lifetime warranty and I have no doubt that they will stand behind their word.

"Wonderful. There are few things worse than going down to your basement and finding muddy water pooled on the floor. We were able to take care of the standing water; however, we had to find the source of the leak. We called MJ Home and they were able to come out the same day, give an assessment, and by that evening we had an estimate. Another representative came out the following day to meet with my husband and discuss the exact plan of attack and the following day they were out there and the job was completed. We were initially a bit surprised by the price quote, but we wanted to go with a high-quality window and window well.  Also, the quality of the work performed by Travis Graham and his crew member was outstanding. In cold, wet December weather they excavated 6 feet down to the foundation footer and cut through the foundation to install our vinyl egress window and MarFlex window well.  Travis Graham always came to our house with a smile and a good attitude.  Right after we signed the contract, Travis went to his normal vendor and discovered that they no longer kept the window well we wanted in stock.  He found out that the window well had to be ordered and  the price would be higher than what was originally quoted. Instead of raising our price, Travis honored the contract by absorbing the extra cost.  Graham Restoration also went the extra mile and not only filled in the hole they dug, but also grated and seeded the dirt.

As an aside, we found out that Graham Restoration hangs Christmas lights for a small fee.  We had them outline the front of our house with lights we had bought, and they also took them down for us.  I think we had one of the best looking houses on the block.
