"We recently hired LUX Foundation Solutions to stabilize the foundation of our garage, which was sinking. Before we decided on LUX, we talked to representatives from 2 companies; both companies suggested the same plan of action to fix the problem. The representative from LUX was forthright about what could realistically be done in terms of lifting the garage and gave us some time to think about his proposal. The other companyâ s representative assured us that his company could do much more, but he refused to put that into the contract (â They wonâ t let me,â he said). The other company was also asking for six or seven thousand dollars more, so our choice was clear. The workmen from LUX arrived on time, and they didnâ t bother us at all (no requests to use the bathroom or anything along those lines). We heard the jackhammering, of course, but other than that, the job was quiet. The foreman was always polite and ready to answer questions, and the crew always cleaned up at the end of the day (it was a 5-day job). Weâ re quite pleased with LUXâ s work, and we definitely recommend the company."

"We needed a reliable contractor to fix problems with our foundation. Lux Foundation Solutions was recommended to us based on previous work by the West Virginian realtor we worked with for our house. First, Matt came out, performed an assessment and explained everything well. He was friendly and answered all my questions about the work being performed. That set the tone for a great experience! After the estimate was received I made an appointment. The day of the appointment Adam’s team arrived exactly on time: I live somewhat remote and that his team was on time really speaks for the company and it’s work culture and ethics! Adam and his team worked in the crawl space, which was difficult for me to get into. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and even took pictures after the job was done to show me the results. The quality of the work speaks for itself! I’m very happy to have hired Lux Foundation Solutions and they are my first company to call if another job needs to get done! I highly recommend the company for your crawl space work!"

"The crew (of three) was truly top notch. They arrived timely, dug to the foundation sill across the entire front of the house to discover the extent of the damage (limited to cinder blocks at the two front corners of the house). Bad blocks were replaced, any wholes or cracks sealed. Some tuckpointing was added. The entire stack of cinder foundation blocks was then covered with a water-proof substance, then plastic. The dirt which had been removed was then replaced. This crew was quick, thorough, efficient. Project started on a Monday, and was done in less than two work days."

"Bobby and the Fortress Techs were very professional, considerate, and thorough. The difference we feel from the crawl space insulation from before to after is amazing. Within just a day or two that musty smell in the house that was coming from the crawl space was gone! Bobby kept us informed throughout the entire process and finished the project on time. I would highly recommend Fortress Foundations Solutions to everyone; we were extremely satisfied with the outcome and the high quality customer service we received."

"The price was competitive, there was a minor hickup in installation and the install took longer than expected, but overall things went well and now after almost a year, I can say the sump pump is working well and is much quieter than my prior model.  We intend on using them again once we move to install a similar set-up in our new home.

"Home pro very knowledgeable and helpful when helping me decide what kind of floor I wanted to put in my kitchen. Worked at a very quick timely fashion. Would definitely recommend them for any home repair or remodel you would need."

"Wonderful. There are few things worse than going down to your basement and finding muddy water pooled on the floor. We were able to take care of the standing water; however, we had to find the source of the leak. We called MJ Home and they were able to come out the same day, give an assessment, and by that evening we had an estimate. Another representative came out the following day to meet with my husband and discuss the exact plan of attack and the following day they were out there and the job was completed. I would not have asked for better service."

"Travis and Chris were a great team and did an amazing job bringing our guest bath out of the 80's and into a beautiful modern space. Travis worked with my husband and me on our design vision and helped us pick out materials to complete the renovation. From there, we made a deposit and scheduled a date. This was a complete bathroom overhaul that required all new fixtures. When they tore up the carpet (yes, carpet) in the bathroom they found that the floor was half the cement foundation and half wood subfloor, which made for an uneven surface not ideal for laying tile. Travis quickly came up with a solution that allowed us to level out the floor and put down the tile we wanted. This delayed the project slightly, but it was well worth it to have a beautiful finished product. Each evening Travis and Chris cleaned up the space as much as possible and were very respectful in our house. I would definitely hire Graham Restoration for our next project and look forward to working with them again!

"John came to give us an estimate and we were a little shocked by the price. This is by no means a cheap service because of the regulations they have to follow. He called us later and lowered his price to keep his crew working and we were very happy for someone that really wanted our business. They were very prompt on the day of the removal. They did everything we asked and left the house in better shape than when they arrived. They even removed some old carpet that was in the way. We were very satisfied with the job they did. The one thing that we were surprised by was the fact they did not take credit cards. We had not budgeted for a cash payment. I hope in the future they are more up front with customers about this. We would use them again.
