Hello! My name is Landon, and I’m the owner of Prime Property Solutions, a local handyman business serving the area. I specialize in home repairs, maintenance, small remodeling projects, and general improvements.

I’m a local man that enjoys working with my hands. I understand that there are times when someone needs a hand with projects or repairs with having to use costly and intimidating contractors. I like to be “the guy next door” helping out. It takes a village.

We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and customer service that we provide to meet the consumer's needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction, from the start to the completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job.

Hello, My name is Jacob Stevens I run a few businesses and the best way to describe my main job is inventor/scientist as my main job. I got into this because I kept helping people with handy man like tasks and decided I might as well do it as a side thing. Handyman tasks are something I generally enjoy doing and seems to be needed in our area. I am very detailed oriented and can solve any problems given enough time and budget. When given a task I prefer to do It fast and efficient before moving on to another task but I am able to multitask very well. Thank you for reading this and I hope you have a great day.

I can do a little bit of everything from H-vac servicing to plumbing to carpentry to remodeling work just looking for some extra side work to help some people out when I’m not working my full-time job

"We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. The hinges and hardware are high quality. We are extremely pleased with AWD and would recommend them to any friends or family looking for good cabinets at a fair price."

"Eddie was so kind! Came out and gave us a fair estimate! We are on the schedule to have our cabinets installed within the next few weeks."

"They put a metal roof on for me. They did a good job. I would recommend them. They are #1. They also build a dog house for me as well, and they did a good job on that as well. They came on time, the job was done on time, and everything matched up perfect."

"He has done inside and outside work."

"You can tell they have been doing this s long time. Beautiful work"
